The City Council is seeking a development partner to take forward the redevelopment of this unique location in the heart of Southampton's medieval Old Town quarter. It could be used for offices, limited retail, hotel, restaurants, cafes and bars, residential, heritage and open space.
The redevelopment would need to incorporate and realise the opportunities provided by the archaelogical remains on the site, and project the environment of the adjacent school.
