Lettings for Eastleigh Borough Council

Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council Goadsby is delighted to confirm the lettings on a number of separate sites in the Southampton area with further units currently under offer.
Goadsby have let unit 3 The Sidings, Netley Abbey to Key Production Equipment Limited and unit 15 to Environmental Management & Services, both were agreed at the quoting rent of £10 per sq ft. Most recently the 800 sq ft unit 5 has now also gone under offer.
Shakespeare Business Centre in Eastleigh has also enjoyed recent activity with Goadsby agreeing units 9 and 10 to Hunters Auto Electrical Engineering where the quoting rent was £9,000 per annum. Unit 11 was let to Broadbrands with a quoting figure of £6,000 and Unit 15 was taken by Combined Flooring. Unit 4 has now completed to Werxgroup.com. The quoting rent was £12,000 per annum.
Not wanting to be left out Herald Industrial Estate in Hedge End has benefited from the letting of unit 3A currently which is due to complete imminently .
Ben Welch of Goadsby commented: “We are very pleased to have completed these lettings in a market where transactions are few and far between. The large availability of space at these sites before Christmas was somewhat down heartening, but we are now confident of having them fully let in the near future!”
Goadsby are also marketing the two remaining units at The Sidings comprising 600 sq ft to 800 sq ft of warehouse/storage and office space, available on monthly licenses. Unit 6 is the last remaining unit at Shakespeare Business Centre, comprising 398 sq ft with additional mezzanine flooring. Units 4C and 3D Herald Industrial Estate are also still available comprising 2,000 sq ft and 1,985 sq ft plus office space respectively. Goadsby also market retail premises on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council.
