Retail letting in Woolston

Acting on behalf of Harding Holdings Ltd, Goadsby are delighted to confirm the letting of 18 Obelisk Road, a retail unit in Woolston.

The premises comprise a total floor area of 1,684 sq ft including separate treatment rooms and well equipped staff facilities. Many of the fixtures and fittings from its former use as a hairdressing and beauty salon remained which particularly suited the incoming tenant Flix Hair Studio who will also be trading as a hairdresser and gents barbers. The premises were let on a new 5 year full repair and insuring lease at a rent of £11,250 pa.
